		<description>NONE of the players&#039; names should have been released. It&#039;s not an issue of libel (as truth is always a defense to a libel claim) but instead a breach of contract. Everyone agreed the results would be confidential; that&#039;s all been blown to hell.

At this point, the list either needs to be shredded or released. No more of this &quot;three names&quot; at a time, media circus bull...stuff. To me it almost seems like ESPN and CBS Sports have a happy conspiracy. They know on any given day they can &quot;discover&quot; another name, draw people into the frenzy.  

The players and coaches and media need to shut up, stop cheating, and play some baseball.</description>
