It's not an issue of libel (as truth is always a defense to a libel claim) but instead a breach of contract. Everyone agreed the results would be confidential; that's all been blown to hell. At this point, the list either needs to be shredded or released. No more of this "three names" at a time, media circus bull...stuff. To me it almost seems like ESPN and CBS Sports have a happy conspiracy. They know on any given day they can "discover" another name, draw people into the frenzy. The players and coaches and media need to shut up, stop cheating, and play some baseball. NONE of the players’ names should have been released.
