Sonia Sotomayor ended the 1994 MLB strike.   She grew up working for what she’s got.  She’s smart as hell, and not afraid to make it known.  And last but not least, the woman loves her team.

Yup, it’s official: We’re making the first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice the first honorary member of the UPH Squad.  Let’s face it–she’ll probably be too busy to write for us.

But we’re proud to have her on our side.

Congratulations, Your Honor. It’s a good day to be a woman, an American, and even, dare we say it? A Yankees fan.
