NBA free agent Allen Iverson tweets that his agent is fielding an offer from Memphis.  The veteran Iverson found himself without a job, and we were surprised no team snapped him up for his presence if nothing else. We’re a big proponent, in case you haven’t noticed, of veteran building blocks on teams full of youngsters that want a playoff run.
