This is a sad, depressing story–but it has a happy ending.  Here are the sad parts:
1. Drew Brees: more interceptions than TDs in his last 3 games.  What are we supposed to do, start Mark Sanchez?

We really–really. really. don’t want to talk about the past couple weeks, guys.  Like, really.  Suffice it to say that we had lost four weeks in a row, despite last week getting more points than everyone in the darn league…except our opponent, of course.Â

After a stunning first couple of weeks, we’re now 2-2 after yet another humiliating defeat.  Blatant favoritism caused us to start Wes Welker over Mike Sims-Walker, who ended up with SEVENTEEN MORE POINTS.  Not seventeen total. Seventeen MORE.
